Potential Issue #1- Dirty Filter

If one or both of the filters is dirty, it may restrict the air flow of the machine.

How to Fix It:

  • •Undo the four clips holding the inlet in place.
  • •Check the HEPA/Carbon filter. Replace, if necessary
  • •Check the MERV-10 filter. Replace, if necessary.

Potential Issue #2- Wrong Speed

If the air scrubber is set to low speed, it may have a lower air flow than expected.

How to Fix It:

  • •Adjust the speed on the control panel.

Potential Issue #3- Inlet Cap

If you forget to remove the inlet cap, the air flow will be blocked.

How to Fix It:

  • • Simply pull off the inlet cap.
